1. Can I cancel my order?

The moment you submit your order, we start working to get it to you as quickly as possible and it cannot be changed. But, we know – mistakes happen. We’ll do everything possible to cancel your order, just follow the directions below.

  • Send an email immediately to cancel@wesabiprint.com
  • Type your order number as the Subject
  • Type the reason for cancellation and Send.

If the order is cancelled successfully, we would send you an email requesting for your account details for the order amount to your account. Also, the order Status is updated to “Cancelled” in your Order History.

If you rather we do it for you, give us a call right away and we’ll do our best to cancel your order.

 

  1. Can I change my order?

 

The moment you submit your order, we start working to get it to you as quickly as possible. But, things change. While we can’t edit an existing order, it may be possible to cancel your original order and apply the fund to a new order.

 

To change your order, please first follow the steps to cancel and order. Once your order is successfully cancelled, then send an email to orders@wesabiprint.com. If you would rather we do this for you, give us a call and we’ll do everything possible to edit your order.

We’ve already done the legwork for you! Quotes (including shipping & processing) are available on any of our product information pages throughout the site, but you can give us a call to request a quote.

Please note that the delivery expectations quoted on our web site are based upon the actual date your order is processed. If you choose to pay by check, your order will be processed after your payment has cleared.
